Laporan (report) ini adalah dijana sebulan sekali dan adalah untuk tujuan perhatian umum sahaja (general viewing purposes only). Ada kemungkinan Kad Pengenalan/No Passport anda tidak layak kerana anda mungkin belum memenuhi syarat 60 hari masa “cooling-off” ATAU akaun anda TIDAK BERSTATUS AKTIF apabila laporan tersebut dijana. Selagi anda berstatus AKTIF dan top-up RM30 setiap bulan, maka anda adalah LAYAK.
Untuk memastikan Kad Pengenalan/No Passport anda adalah LAYAK, anda perlu top up RM30 setiap bulan untuk kekal AKTIF apabila laporan tersebut dijana.
Status AKTIF bermaksud kesahihan kredit (credit validity) Tune Talk anda tidak tamat tempoh.
Kelayakan perlindungan Insuran Kemalangan Diri (PA Insurance) adalah tertakluk kepada ketepatan maklumat peribadi pelanggan tersebut seperti yang terdapat pada MyKad / Pasport / ID Polis / ID Tentera pada masa pendaftaran. that there is a 60 days “Cooling Off” period from the day you activate your Tune Talk SIM before you are eligible for coverage and some exclusions apply.

NOTE:
This report is generated once a month and is for general viewing purposes only. Your NRIC/Passport number may not be eligible because you have not fulfilled the 60 day cooling-off period OR your account was not in ACTIVE status when the report was generated. As long as you are currently in ACTIVE status and topped up RM30 monthly, you are ELIGIBLE.
To ensure your NRIC/Passport number show as ELIGIBLE, simply top up RM30 every month to stay ACTIVE when the list is generated.
ACTIVE status means that your Tune Talk credit validity has not expired.
Eligibility to the PA Insurance coverage is subject to accuracy of subscriber’s personal information as per his/her Mykad/Passport/Police ID/Army ID entered at point of registration. To update your personal information or to check the accuracy, please contact Tune Talk Ambassador.
